National Theatre Kampala
It was started in 1959 by the National cultural act. It has two sub-bodies, that is the National Theater and the Nommo galley.  The theater is booked every day with different shows, exhibitions, stage performance and sometimes act as a cinema hall.

The theater is Located in Kampala on Dewinton road  plot 2, 4, 6 in Nakasero hill.  The theatre isn't much of a prime tourist destination, but offers a rare on foot experience of the activities
and exhibitions present in the area.

The craft village is a place at the theatre that sells crafts In-case one loves art. The vulnerability of the mild carefully crafted color schemes and the various figures completes the poignant symbolism in the area. This work is a true presentation of the rich true Ugandan culture.

The place also has a restaurant and a bar which offers good Catering services and has got fantastic African dishes mainly the local food like Matooke, luwombo(Chicken, Beef) rice, sweet potatoes and french fries. More on Theatres

I'm trying to trace my roots. I'm a citizen of malawi but it looks like I have no malawian roots so I've traced my surname to Uganda. I understand this surname was a nick name to my great grand father during the african great trek. Do you think you can help me trace my roots?
