Orange Uganda Launched its mobile telecommunication operations in March 2009 after acquiring HITS Telecom. Orange Uganda Ltd has now launched the 3G broadband services and are taking the internet connectivity to a level that Ugandans had not experienced before.
They have launched affordable modems/dongles at that when it comes to price but most importantly with very good speed. The Orange connectivity is fast especially with those using E1752 Modem.
They have a promotional pack which comes at 99,000/- with four months worth of connectivity and after that you can add credit of 25,000/- for 500MB. In the real sense, this is a free pack bearing in mind that it comes with four months free.
The E1752 Modem going for 110,000/- plus credit of your choice depending on one's needs is the in thing. It is not clear how other service providers intend to go about this most especially if they continue charging high prices for a low service, but what is clear is that, this is a deal from Orange Uganda.
